How to get an ETIAS visa?

The EU is implementing the ETIAS system, similar to the US ESTA system, to screen visa-free visitors before they enter any Schengen countries for tourism, business, medical or transit purposes. The ETIAS costs €7, valid for three years, and requires a valid passport and a clean record.
