Your selfies are deleted in 7 days
S3 lifecycle policy automatically expires every uploaded selfie at 7 days. There is no "I'll get to it later" — the policy runs daily and we can show you the deletion log.
Your final photos are deleted in 30 days
Same mechanism — automated lifecycle expiration. You have 14 days of signed gallery access by default; you can download any time before the 30-day deletion.
We don't train AI on your photos
Your selfies are passed as reference images to OpenAI's image generation API — never to a fine-tuning or training endpoint. Our OpenAI organization settings have "Train on user data" explicitly disabled.

How long does Snap2Pass keep my photos?
Your uploaded selfies are automatically deleted after 7 days, and your generated headshots after 30 days, via an S3 lifecycle policy that runs daily. You can download your photos any time before then.
Does Snap2Pass train AI on my selfies?
No. Your selfie is passed to OpenAI's image generation API as a reference image only — never to a fine-tuning or training endpoint — and our OpenAI organization has “train on user data” explicitly disabled.
Can I delete my AI headshot data early?
Yes. Email privacy@snap2pass.com with your order ID and we will wipe your uploaded selfies and generated photos within 24 hours.
Are AI headshots safe to use?
With Snap2Pass, yes: your data is auto-deleted, never used for training, and you hold a full commercial license to the results. The main risk in the category is unclear photo-retention and training policies at some tools — which is exactly what this page documents for our service.
