Collect the photo
Send a client link, or upload a photo at the counter. Your client opens the link on their phone, under your name and logo, and sends whatever photo they have. It comes back cropped, on a plain background and checked before it reaches you. The link is valid 7 days for up to 3 photo submissions.

The photos
Every document has its own rules.
Each photo is cropped and sized to the published specification for its document. A UK passport photo and an Indian visa photo are not the same shape.
