Most common rejection reasons
- 1A smile or open mouthService-Public states a non-compliant photo is rejected and the document is not issued; the expression must be neutral with the mouth closed.
- 2Hair or bangs over the eyesHair must not cover the face; a fringe is accepted only if the eyes stay fully visible.
- 3Tinted or reflective lensesIf you wear them, lenses must be clear, uncoloured and free of reflection, and the rims must not hide the eyes.
