Most common rejection reasons
- 1Head too large or too small in the framePhotos with a head that is too big or too small are sent back for resubmission. Leave the margins the standard asks for.
- 2Hair over the eyebrows or eyesHair must not cover any part of the eyebrows or eyes, or touch the photo border.
- 3Teeth showingKeep the mouth closed. Photos showing teeth are asked to be resubmitted.
- 4A mirrored or composited photoMirrored images and composites are not allowed. Phone selfies are often flipped or distorted by wide-angle lenses.
- 5Poor print quality or thin photo paperPrints of poor quality, or on paper too thin to process, will not be used.
